This isn’t just a pilates retreat it’s a chance to meet other likeminded individuals, dig deeper into yourself, get outside your comfort zone, and most importantly have fun! No long lectures, or boring seminars, but a curation of experiences to challenge the mind, body, and soul. We hope to see you there :)

What to expect:

DAY 1

itinerary is subject to slightly changed based off weather, emergencies, availability, etc

Arrivals: Guest will arrive in groups based off of flight arrivals and be taken directly to the hotel

Get Rooms: Be greeted with a welcome drink, goodies, clothes, and more gifted by brands for all of you

Group Meditation: A chance for us all to meet and start our energy right

Casual Dinner: Taco Station

Campfire: End the night getting to know one another on a deeper level under the beautiful stars

DAY 2

Pilates: Class led by host Kaylin Mally

Breakfast: Healthy and fresh at the hotel

Hike: Explore the unique & magical terrain of Baja California Sur as an experienced team member guides us through local landscape

Cacao Ceremony: Designed to open the heart chakra and connect all of us

Lunch: Healthy and fresh at the hotel

ATV Riding: Get out of your comfort zone as we zoom through the desert and along the ocean

Dinner: Healthy and fresh at the hotel (theme- golden hour)

DAY 3

Pilates: Class led by host Kaylin Mally

Breakfast: Healthy and fresh at the hotel

Boat Day: Dance, drink, and chat as we sail through the beautiful Pacific ocean. Then explore the magical water life with swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking

Lunch: Healthy and fresh on the boat with an open bar

Soundbath: A cleansing experience, both body and soul

Dinner: Healthy and fresh at the hotel (theme- girls gone wild)

DAY 4

Pilates: Class led by host Kaylin Mally

Breakfast: Healthy and fresh at the hotel

Temazcal: Discover a centuries-old healing ritual. Step into a sweat lodge, release the negative, & step out a new person

Cooking Class / Lunch: From the soil to your soul. Learn how to cook with sustainably sourced ingredients

Free Time: Explore the hotels stunning design, head to pool, purchase a massage, share your talents with others

Sunset Beach Meditation: Watch the stunning sunset with a drink, pictures, good conversation, and mindfulness

Dinner: Healthy and fresh at the Sanctuary with music and a performance (theme- under the sea)

DAY 5

Breakfast: Healthy and fresh at the hotel

Meditation: Close out our energy and say our goodbyes

Departures: Guest will leave in groups based off flight times and be taken directly to the airport
